Introduction

In this guide we’ll configure an NFS client on a centos 7 server and mount the NFS share we created in the previous article.

You can consider looking at how to setup NFS Server on Centos 7 before proceeding.

Update and install Necessary packages

 

Create NFS Directory mount moint

Mount the NFS server directory to the client machine

Run df command to confirm the directory has been mounted

To make is persistent across reboots, add the entry to fstab file on the client

NFS is now mounted on the client.
